Initiate Your Request

Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
